Customized series of awareness sessions (monthly/bi-monthly/quarterly ) aligned with organization’s well being
objectives and participant’s needs. -
90 minutes session, including 30 minutes group meditation

Topics to be designed based on the needs of the participants. Few examples as self-compassion, present moment
awareness, observing thoughts, handling intrusive thoughts etc. -
Every session to include simple breathing exercises, tips and techniques to manage stress and reduce burnout

Duration : 8 Weeks (one session per week for 90 minutes). Preferred Batch size : 10 participants

Eight Program Blocks : Attention and Now, Atomicity, Judgement, Acceptance, Goals, Compassion, Ego, Integration

The training program addresses a different building block of Mindfulness in each of the first seven sessions and integrates these building blocks in session eight

After completing this training, participants have learned to integrate mindfulness into their daily lives and have gained a deep understanding of the essence of the construct itself
